How can you recall the mail which was already sent from your Outlook mailbox?

Sometimes, by mistake you click on send button before even you aren't finished with your mail. You may have faced a problem, inside the mail body you write, “Please find attached attachment” and without attaching the attachment you click on send. For such scenarios, Outlook has provided a good option to recall your sent mail and after that you can edit a mail and resend it again. 

Following steps will show you how you can recall the sent mail.

      1.    Go to “Sent Items” and open the mail which you want to recall.
      2.    In “Actions” ribbon click on “Other Actions” and from the drop down list select the “Recall This Message”.  
3.    Select the appropriate option.

Note: Mail can successfully recalled under following conditions.

A)      Recipient has not yet opened & read the mail.
B)      Recipient has to be on the same email platform.
C)      Recipient has to be on the same email domain.
D)      User can’t recall the mail copy from Mobile.
